These sound control doors have an STC value up to 56 and are ideal for home theaters, media rooms, recording studios, offices, practice rooms, hotels, dorm rooms, conference rooms, or any application where a soundproof interior door is required. The doors come in oak ready to stain, include the complete standard depth door jamb, include either nickel, or brass hardware, plus other custom options are available, such as window inserts. Blast proof and bullet proof door options are also available.

STC Ratings: Our Acoustical Doors are available with ratings up to STC-56, and acoustical windows up to STC-56.

Frame Configuration: In addition to our standard frame designs, we can engineer special frame profiles to complement wall construction and architectural style.

Services: We offer various installation services and will provide the necessary shop drawings, certification of test results and assistance with compliance for all industry standards.

Door Specific Features:

Configuration: Doors are available in a flush design, or with optional custom window inserts - and as single, or pairs of hinged doors.

Sizing:

The largest size for standard pricing is 36” x 80” for the single door and 72” wide x 80” tall for the double door - door dimensions beyond this are custom and add to the price for up to a 48" x 96" maximum sized single door.

Hardware:
Door, frame, trim, handle, hinges, perimeter sound seals and door bottom are supplied as part of the tested assembly. Mortise locks available as an option.

Finishes:
Standard is Oak - ready to stain. Optional maple, cherry, or birch are available for an additional cost.

Hardware: Nickel or brass finishes - see below for types and finishes.
